1. Who we are

Ochre & Azur ("we", "us") builds websites and runs social media and content for landscaping, pool and outdoor-living businesses across Australia.

2. This website

The content of this website is provided for general information about our studio and our services. The photographs on the site are royalty-free stock images used for illustration; they do not show our work or our clients' work. All text, imagery and design on this site are the property of the studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.

3. Quotes and proposals

• A written quote or plan is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and is based on the brief agreed with you.
• Any variation to scope is priced and confirmed in writing before work proceeds.
• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment & ongoing services

One-off website projects are invoiced in stages tied to the milestones in your proposal — typically a deposit on acceptance, and a final payment at launch. Standard terms are 14 days from invoice. Ongoing services (social media management, content, local SEO) are billed monthly in advance.

5. Ownership of your website & content

Once a project is paid in full, the website, your photos and video, and your social media accounts remain your property. We retain the right to showcase finished work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ochre & Azur is not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Liability for paid work is governed by the terms of your project proposal.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
