What we collect when you get in touch, why we collect it, and how you can ask us about it.

1. What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you give us: name, email address, phone number, region, project type and your message. This website does not create accounts or process payments.

2. Why we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and arrange a site visit;
• to prepare and issue a quote;
• to keep a record of our conversations about your project.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

3. How the contact form works

The form on this site opens an email to baselinestudio.au@gmail.com in your own email application, pre-filled with what you entered. Your enquiry then travels as an ordinary email — it is not stored on our servers by the form itself.

4. Storage on your device

The site keeps one small note in your browser to remember your cookie preference. See the Cookie policy for details.

5. Who we share it with

Only with the people who help us run the studio and deliver your project — our bookkeeper, our project management software, and, where your project needs it, the trades and suppliers working with us on site.

6. Keeping and deleting

We keep enquiry and project records for seven years to meet our tax and insurance obligations. If your enquiry doesn't go ahead and you'd like your details removed sooner, just ask.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to baselinestudio.au@gmail.com. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

8. Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change in a way that affects you.
